Directions

Traveling I-75 South:

1. Patient takes Exit 261 Lockheed/Dobbins and turns right off the exit ramp.

2. Pt. passes through Franklin Rd. intersection and then turns right at the 1st exit sign. There is no exit # however it says “Marietta Hwy. 41, Dobbins”

3. Pt. turns right off the exit ramp onto Cobb Parkway (41).

4. Pt goes about ¼ mile at most and will come to a red light which is Barclay Circle Rd. There will be a Waffle House on the left and a sign for Barclay Village Shopping Center. Our office is in the Barclay Village.

5. Pt. needs to turn left at the Waffle House and then pull to the back of the building which is located behind the Waffle House. They will see our sign saying “Health Plus “and will enter our office from the back of the building. We are directly across from “Metro Plex Sales and Leasing”.

Traveling I-75 North:

1. Patient takes Exit 261 Lockheed/Dobbins. The exit will give two ramp options, to go right to East Delk or bear left to Lockheed/Dobbins. Pt. needs to bear left towards Lockheed/Dobbins!!!! This is different from coming South. The South 261 Exit only gives one ramp option.

2. Pt. turns right off exit ramp and then follows steps 2-5 on the direction above.
Also for those new clients that have Microsoft Publisher you can now download all the paper work and fill it out BEFORE you come into the Health Plus Center. Just click on the link to the files you need to fill out. Print them, fill them out and hand them to our personal when you arrive.
